We will despatch your order by next day special delivery within 1 working day of it being placed subject to being in stock. Murals are normally delivered next day. Murals can be collected same day by prior appointment. If there is going to be any delay we will contact you immediately. Murals are quality checked before leaving us and are delivered in a strong cardboard container to ensure safe delivery. We deliver to Great Britain and Ireland.
Returns Policy
We endeavour to supply murals of the highest quality and believe you will be delighted with yours. However, if you are unhappy with it in any way it can be returned to us by following the steps below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. All murals must be returned in re-salable condition, rolled, un-creased and unmarked. You must contact us by email or phone before returning your mural and receive a returns number. We will accept returns within 7 days after the date of invoice. If we have sent you the incorrect mural then we will replace it or refund you and cover the cost of the return postage. If you are returning it for a full refund or to exchange it must be in original condition and you must cover the cost of postage. You will be responsible for the mural until it reaches us. For your own protection we suggest you use a secure delivery method that relies on a signature upon delivery.
